WHERE IS THE SIZE CHART?
 
Size charts are provided on each product page as well as on our Sizing Chart page.
 
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER? 

This depends on the items ordered. Most of our items are premade while some are made to order

For premade items, estimated delivery is 4-7 business days with standard shipping. All premade items are shipped out of our Houston, Texas warehouse and expedited shipping options are available. 

For made to order items, estimated delivery is 7-12 business days. Expedited shipping options are unavailable for made to order items.

Once your items are shipped from one of our facilities, tracking numbers will be provided via e-mail. Please note that made to order items will be shipped separately from premade items and may even been shipped separately from other made-to-order items depending on the style.

Important: Any carrier related delays are completely out of our control and we are unable to offer refunds for any orders that are delayed due to the carrier. If your order is experiencing a longer than usual delivery time, please e-mail us at [email protected] and we'll be happy to look into this for you.

I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS AND ONLY RECEIVED ONE... WHERE'S THE REST OF MY ORDER?
Since we have a few facilities, when you order more than one item, they may be shipped separately and you may receive one item before the next. No need to panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once, they are on the way!

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE? 

At this time, we only ship orders to the United States and Canada. To learn more about shipping, please visit our Shipping Info page.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, ApplePay and PayPal. 
 
HOW DO I USE AFTERPAY?
 
At checkout, choose AfterPay as your payment method. You will be directed to the AfterPay website to sign up. If you've used AfterPay before, just log in to your account and complete your order - it's that easy!

Please Note: To be eligible for AfterPay, you must be a US resident and your order must be over $35.

WHERE WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPING FROM? 

All premade items will be shipped from our Houston, Texas warehouse. Most made to order items mainly ship from California and North Carolina but some ship from Canada, Mexico, or Europe depending on the items and your location. 

WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION? 

Shortly after your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If you did not receive a confirmation e-mail, please first check your spam folder. If it is not in your spam folder, please
 e-mail us at [email protected] and we’ll be happy to help you out.

CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE DISCOUNT CODE AT A TIME?

Unfortunately our system only allows one discount code per order.
